These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ezwinph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ezwinph online casino and sports betting platform available at https://ezwinph.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.

ezwinph reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided during registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, and to retain any funds pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

ezwinph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific deposit limits per method and per day may apply and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may be reversed. ezwinph does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency.

• GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day depending on your bank's processing times.
• ezwinph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or foreign exchange charges.
• You must ensure that all funds you deposit are lawfully obtained. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law.
• ezwinph employs SSL encryption and payment tokenisation to protect all financial transactions. Your full card or bank account details are never stored on our servers.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the cashier section of your ezwinph account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to payment provider constraints.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC identity verification process by submitting valid government-issued identification and proof of your registered payment method. This is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived.

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or event.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. ezwinph will not reverse bets due to player error, misunderstanding of game rules, or change of mind after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement, ezwinph's technical records shall be used as the definitive record of all transactions. Where a malfunction cannot be resolved satisfactorily, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• For sports betting markets, ezwinph follows standard industry rules for event postponements, cancellations, and void markets. Unsettled bets on postponed events will be held open for a specified period before being voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezwinph platform and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ezwinph platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of ezwinph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ezwinph shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

ezwinph's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ezwinph account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
